For more than a decade, musician, producer and songwriter Randy Corinthian has been an integral and innovative part of the Music Industry. A native Floridian and a graduate of The Florida A&M University (FAMU), Randy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education and his Masters Degree with a focus in Jazz Studies and Commercial Music at The Florida State University (FSU).
From his formative years as musician & bandleader, to his present recording artist status, multi-instrumentalist and music producer Randy Corinthian is identified by his charismatic and scintillating personality and musical style. Appreciated as both musician and performer, Randy always had the duel personae of master improviser and vibrant entertainer. He has always brought his music to a level of style and sophistication that has always placed his keenly discerning art in the service of a rousing good time. His soulful and stylish approach to music has earned him an impeccable reputation as one of music?s most enterprising and engaging artist.
Randy has shared the stage with many notable names including, Ellis Marsalis, Victor Goines, Bobby Watson, Jimmy Heath, Ron Isley, Debbie Reynolds, Mike Phillips, Eric Essix, and Rick Watford.
As musical director, he?s performed a wide variety of musical styles including, straight-ahead jazz, popular music, and many original compositions. He has also appeared as an artist on Tom Joyner?s Fantastic Voyage Cruise, performing with Coco Brown and The Phat Cat Players. Moreover, He has been featured as a guest solo artist with the Albany Symphony Orchestra where his performance highlighted the similarities and differences between the Jazz and Classical styles of saxophone playing, and his versatility.
